well when i fry chicken (or my mom does) she puts seasoning in a bag (flour , pepper , sazon ) she shakes it up %26amp; puts it in the pan . dont throw it cause then the grease will splat everywhere . keep the fire on medium fire . U should let them cook atleast 3 mins on each side or until it turns golden brown . u can take the skin off if you dont want it but as soon as u put it in the pan it will get hard and stay in place . hope u enjoy ur chicken (:How to fry chicken drumsticks?
Hi Mrs. Vazquez!

I have three recipes for you for chicken drumsticks. That's because you can fry drumsticks in a pan, ot you can fry them in the oven. Some people like to put them in the oven so they don't have to fool with frying them on the stove. I see your questions, and these recipes will answer all of them. Here they are:

FRIED DRUMSTICKS

8 chicken drumsticks

1/4 cup hot pepper sauce

1/3 cup all-purpose flour

2 tablespoons yellow cornmeal

1/2 teaspoon salt

3 cups vegetable oil for frying

To Marinate: Remove skin from chicken and place in a resealable plastic bag. Pour sauce over chicken, seal bag and refrigerate to marinate for at least 1 hour, up to 24 hours. The longer the chicken marinates, the spicier it will be.

In another resealable plastic bag combine the flour, cornmeal and salt. Add chicken, seal bag and shake to coat.

Heat oil in a large, deep skillet to medium high heat. Add chicken and fry, uncovered, for 25 to 30 minutes or until juices run clear. Turn occasionally to brown evenly.

Heat oven to 450掳 In a food storage bag, combine flour, salt, pepper, paprika, curry powder, and poultry seasoning. Line 2 13x9-inch pans with heavy duty foil.. Place 1/4 cup butter in each pan. Place pans in oven to melt butter. Coat chicken with seasoned flour mixture, shaking about 3 legs at a time in the bag. Place chicken in prepared pans in the melted butter.
