I bought an RCA dvd player at an estate auction. It was being auctioned off because the man who owned it had passed away and had no remaining family to divide his belongings amongst. So, I get it home and I can't watch most movies because he had set a parental control lock on it. How do I reset/reprogram the dvd player's parental control settings? if you know the brand, look it the brand on the computer and talk to their customer service. You also need to the deceased name in case they need to know it
