Just be original - don't copy others ideas, jokes etc.
Anyway, for editing use: Sony Vegas Pro (8 or 9)
Read about camera angles, so when you shoot the clips it looks nice.
Make sure your first videos are very good, ask yourself would you subscribe to that. Make a few more videos so people would see that you are making kind of a series so they would subscribe to see more.
