How to setup this interest word problem?

I have no idea how to set one of these problems up. I think I have a good idea of what to make the 1st equation but I am stumped on this one. Any insight is gladly appreciated.

%26quot;Gonzalez Manufacturing borrowed $21,000. Part of the money was borrowed at 12%, part at 14%, and a part at 16%. The annual interest was $3040 and the total amount borrowed at 12% and 14% was twice the amount borrowed at 16%. Use Gaussian elimination or Gauss-Jordan elimination to find the amount borrowed at each rate.%26quot;How to setup this interest word problem?
x + y + z = 21000

1.12x + 1.14y + 1.16z = 24040

x + y = 2z
