How do I add a hotmail account to my HTC Evo?

So, I have an HTC Evo and I want to add a hotmail account. I get to the set up and I have to follow the on screen instructions. I'm the least tech person in the world so I have no idea what this stuff means: POP, APOP, or IMAP protocol? It's default is POP so I chose that. What's my POP server and server port? I have no clue on any of this stuff. Help??
