How to set up my brother's iPod touch so his has the same media as mine, but uses a different computer to sync?

so, my brother just got an iPod touch. i have had one for a long time and have downloaded tons of apps and music, and he now wants to have all of my stuff on his so he wont have to pay to redownload it. we use different computers to synchronize our 2 iPods, and i cant figure out how to get all of my content onto his computer so he can sync it! i tried home sharing, but you cant download another computer's library to an ipod. and if i plug his ipod into my computer and sync it, then he plugs it into his computer, it deletes everything. also, i dont know if i should create an itunes account for him of if he should just use mine. please help me, this has gone on for so long and idk what to do! thanks (:How to set up my brother%26039;s iPod touch so his has the same media as mine, but uses a different computer to sync?
