How can i enable vibration on San Andreas PC version?

I have a usb 2.0 adapter for the ps2 controller, i have san andreas and everything is set up and running well but i have no clue how to make vibration work. The adapter didnt come with any cd or anything.How can i enable vibration on San Andreas PC version?
