Go to your photos, select a picture, on the bottom left corner there is a box with an arrow pointing outwards to the right. Press that then press Use as wallpaper. Scale and set it. After you press set it asks you if you want to set it as lock screen, set home screen, or set both. Press %26quot;set home screen%26quot;. You can also go to:
The settings app
then click wallpaper
then click on the item that has the 2 screens
after that scroll to the pic. u want in ur pic.s
then when it says move and scale touch set
then touch set home screen or if u want it 4 both click set for both
