How to set up an email with google Partnerships Page?

Is there a way I can use my websites domain name with google mail? for example info@mysite.com but it goes to google mail? I remember the company I worked for had it set up like this I would go to a url http://google.partnership.com/thecompanysite and log into the companies email but It would basically be a google email with the email being info@mysite.com how do I set up an email account like this?? Please somebody let me know
